A directory built around the work you need

SGFloorHub is building an independent directory for Singapore flooring projects. Company profiles are being prepared; there are no published listings on this page yet. You can use the service guide below to decide which type of business to contact and what information to request.

A future listing will describe a company’s stated products and services, with a source and date checked. A directory entry is not a guarantee of workmanship, availability or suitability for a particular project. Paid placement, if introduced, will be labelled separately from editorial guidance.

Choose the service before the company

Type of business What to ask about
Supplier or distributor Named product ranges, stock, samples, technical documents and product warranty.
Installer Site assessment, preparation, approved fixing method, transitions and workmanship terms.
Supply and installation provider Who supplies the product, who installs it and how responsibilities are divided.
Showroom Representative samples, appointment arrangements and technical advice for the shortlist.
Commercial flooring specialist Experience with the intended use, project schedule, required evidence and repair planning.
Maintenance or repair provider Experience with the exact installed material, proposed treatment and limits of the repair.

These roles can overlap. Ask a business to explain which parts it handles itself and which parts are performed by another party.

Match the service to your material

Use a material guide before approaching companies. It helps you describe the exact product and installation questions relevant to the project.

Compare companies on evidence

  • Confirm the company identity and the person responsible for the quotation.
  • Request the exact product and a written installation scope.
  • Ask for relevant completed-project examples and explain why they are comparable.
  • Clarify the installer, site assessment, preparation and any subcontracted work.
  • Read payment terms, exclusions and product versus workmanship warranties.
  • Check the current address, contact method and appointment arrangements directly.

Reviews and photographs can help form questions, but they do not establish that a company is suitable for every project. Compare the evidence against your room brief and use the same scope when requesting quotations.

Prepare a useful enquiry

Send a floor plan or measured area, room photos, the material shortlist, whether removal is required and your intended timing. For a commercial project, include operating hours, access restrictions and any requirements the project team has identified.

Ask for a response that names the proposed product and separates material, preparation, installation and exclusions. The Buying Guides quotation checklist is a useful starting point.

This page does not currently send project enquiries to suppliers or arrange quotations. Contact a selected company directly once you have checked its current details.

How company profiles will be prepared

SGFloorHub will distinguish between information supplied by a business and information checked against its public website or technical documents. Profiles should identify services, relevant materials, source links and the date information was checked. Missing details will be left unresolved rather than filled with assumptions.

There are no company rankings or verification badges in this first directory release. Sponsored visibility will not be presented as a technical recommendation. A company can request a listing or a correction using the form below; requests are reviewed before a profile is published.
