Evidence and source scope

Technical statements should identify the product or system to which they apply. Official datasheets, installation guides and test documentation are preferred for product performance. A manufacturer’s claim is attributed to that manufacturer; it is not extended to every product in the same material family.

Singapore project requirements should be checked against current applicable official guidance and the actual site. International installation references are identified as references, not local regulatory approvals.

Comparisons and rankings

Compare the same application and installation scope. Record construction, intended use, supporting evidence, maintenance, repair and commercial terms. Missing evidence remains unresolved. We avoid assigning a universal winner to a material name or treating a collection number as a specification.

Any future ranked list should publish its criteria, evidence and limitations. Paid visibility must be labelled as a sponsored placement and should not determine a technical conclusion.

Images and product identification

AI-generated interiors and concept photographs are used as illustration and labelled accordingly. They are not proof of a manufacturer’s finish, texture, dimensions or performance. Product-specific photography and documentation require a verified source and appropriate use rights.

Image filenames are concise and descriptive. Alt text describes visible content; it does not claim a brand or product code that the image does not establish.

Commercial relationships

Sponsored material and relevant ownership, supplier or commercial relationships should be disclosed where they affect how a reader interprets the content. Brand inclusion is not an endorsement or an official partnership. Directory listings, when developed, will be distinguished from editorial comparisons.

Corrections and updates

When a specification changes or an error is identified, update the affected guidance and its source records. Keep collection names and product codes accurate. Readers can send corrections through the contact page with a link to the relevant official document.
