Flooring & Interior Brand Picks in Singapore
Go beyond the logo.
Eight official-source research picks across flooring, carpet, wallpaper, acoustic panels and decking. Find a brand resource with a clear purpose, then verify the local offer.

A brand library with reasons to look closer
These research picks are official manufacturer resources that help answer distinct material questions. Inclusion means there is a useful starting point to investigate; it does not mean SGFloorHub has tested the range, confirmed Singapore stock or verified a local seller. This is not a complete market directory or a best-brand ranking.
Use the category filter to find the relevant research route, then record a collection and product code. The official catalogue is the start of the evidence trail. The supplier’s actual offer, installation scope and local support are the next part.

Interface
A Singapore-facing product library separates carpet tile and LVT routes. Use it to identify a collection, format and colour before comparing the offered specification.
Ask for the exact local reference, backing and installation documents, rather than treating the brand name as the specification.
Quick-Step
Its vinyl preparation resources make installation conditions visible. Use the document that belongs to the exact range and construction you are considering.
Confirm the offered product’s permitted base, underlay, joints, temperature conditions and warranty scope.
Forbo
The official library distinguishes Marmoleum linoleum, vinyl sheet and Allura LVT. That separation is useful when a proposal uses the broad word “resilient”.
Identify the exact family and reference, then request the matching technical, installation and care documents.
Brintons
Its custom sampling resource is a useful starting point for a woven or bespoke design brief. Investigate how the artwork becomes an approved physical finish.
Ask which sample, colour approval, production method and dimensional record will govern your order.
Arte
Its product library lets you investigate texture, face material and design separately. It is helpful when similar-looking wallcoverings have different constructions.
Record the exact design and colour reference, unit of sale, repeat and applicable installation instructions.
Muraspec
The Renee 02E01 page is an example of a named fabric-backed vinyl reference linked to technical information. Investigate the actual product rather than a generic “contract vinyl” label.
Match the colour code and construction to the current document, and confirm the actual application and local quotation.
Autex Acoustics
Quietspace Panel provides a named acoustic-product route with product and installation resources. Keep any performance discussion attached to the particular specimen and mounting.
Clarify the room target, assembly, mounting and applicable project evidence; do not read absorption as soundproofing.
Trex
The manufacturer’s planning guidance brings board gaps and fixing choices into the discussion. Use it as a route into the correct documents for a named decking system.
Confirm the exact board, support, fastening and exposure requirements, then verify local supply and installation support.

Compare two products, not two logos
A meaningful comparison uses the same room, measured area and application. Record one actual reference from each brand and compare their construction, intended use, installation and care documents. If a report describes a different thickness, backing or assembly, mark that evidence as unresolved rather than assuming it transfers.
For flooring, include base preparation and transition details. For wallcoverings, include the face, backing, repeat and substrate preparation. For panels, include the complete mounting system. For decking, include support, fixings and access. The brand can help locate the evidence, but it does not replace the exact specification.
The local offer needs its own verification
| Check | Ask the proposed supplier for |
|---|---|
| Identity | The trading entity, exact offered product and written quotation |
| Supply | Current quantity, lead time, batch or production arrangements and delivery scope |
| Authority | Manufacturer confirmation if authorised-dealer status is important to your decision |
| Warranty | Issuer, territory, covered reference, exclusions and the claim process |
| Installation | Who carries out preparation, fitting and handover, and to which documents |
| Aftercare | Spare material, repair route, care instructions and responsibility for support |
An official international website does not confirm that a particular colour is stocked in Singapore today. A Singapore-facing catalogue is more relevant to the local research route, but the actual order still needs written confirmation. Check the supplied reference against the approved sample before installation starts.
CCS renovation guidance supports clear, itemised pricing and upfront mandatory charges. Request the same complete scope from competing suppliers so you can see where one offer includes preparation, delivery or trims that another excludes.

Questions worth asking
Are these the best brands in Singapore?
This is a selected official-source library, not a market-wide ranking. The shortlist is organised around research tasks and does not claim comparative testing or sales data.
Does inclusion mean a local supplier is approved?
No. This page does not verify dealers or installers. Check the proposed company, product identity, authorisation where relevant and written terms separately.
Why are there no star ratings?
A score needs a defined comparison, evidence and a method. These are research routes; numerical scores would imply a level of evaluation this page does not provide.
