Who can submit
Singapore flooring suppliers, distributors, installers, showrooms, commercial specialists and maintenance businesses can request consideration. A company may work across several roles; describe which services are provided directly and which involve another party.
Submissions are reviewed before publication. A request does not guarantee a listing, a verification badge, a ranking or customer enquiries.
Information to prepare
- Company trading name and public website.
- Business role and service area.
- Materials and named product ranges currently offered.
- Public showroom details and appointment arrangements, if relevant.
- Links supporting service and product statements.
- Contact name and business email for questions about the request.
Keep claims specific
Explain the scope behind phrases such as supply and installation, commercial specialist or authorised distributor. Link to public documentation where possible. Avoid unsupported superlatives, awards or performance claims. Product suitability belongs with the actual product evidence, not a company-wide promise.
Send public source links rather than confidential customer files. If proposing photographs or text for use in a profile, identify their owner and whether publication permission is available.
What happens to a request
We use the submitted information to review a proposed profile or correction. Details may need to be checked against the company’s website or clarified directly. Any eventual profile should distinguish supplied information from checked public facts and show a date checked.
SGFloorHub’s directory is currently in development. This submission form is an editorial request, not a supplier quotation service.
